Change-of-Mind Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty/incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We’ll repair, replace, or refund according to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

What’s Not Returnable

  • Items showing signs of misuse, wear and tear, or with missing accessories.

  • Downloadable/digital goods, gift cards, or items explicitly marked “final sale”.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (if applicable).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [info@lumerk.com.au] with your order number, reason, and photos if relevant.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll approve/deny the refund and notify you.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection (bank processing times may vary).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for faulty/incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • Fastest way: place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Consumer Guarantees (Australia)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
