Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty/incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We’ll repair, replace, or refund according to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
What’s Not Returnable

Items showing signs of misuse, wear and tear, or with missing accessories.

Downloadable/digital goods, gift cards, or items explicitly marked “final sale”.

Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (if applicable).
How to Start a Return

Email [info@lumerk.com.au] with your order number, reason, and photos if relevant.

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Once received and inspected, we’ll approve/deny the refund and notify you.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection (bank processing times may vary).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for faulty/incorrect items.
Exchanges

Fastest way: place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Consumer Guarantees (Australia)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
